About Suicide: In Bed
Valentine’s Day, February 14th 2009

After a successful and thrilling third event on Sept 25th, at Ruby Skye “Suicide: The Party” returns on as a new extravaganza in San Francisco with the theme of SuicideGirls In Bed to the amazing Supperclub.  SuicideGirls.com photographer and model, Taye Suicide hosts this fourth “Suicide” event in San Francisco. “Suicide: The Party” is an urban subculture event featuring the elements of music, art, fashion and dance, for the hip twenty-one and older demographic.

The venue has a massive arena which will feature a show by local clothing designers, a live photo booth with an SG staff photographer, go-go dancing by select Suicide Girls and an open casting call for new models. The VIP will include catering, bottle service, several Suicide Girls, local celebrities, radio and music industry personnel as well as musicians and artists alike. Several artists, dancers and/or DJ’s will provide our entertainment for the evening, among them will be Ultra Recording Artists Kid Loose and San Francisco legend DJ Icon.

Kid Loose has played or has residencies at some of the biggest and best clubs around including Ruby Skye, Temple, Glas Kat, Space 550 in San Francisco, The Park Ultra Lounge in Sacramento, and at the Palms in Las Vegas along with countless others in San Francisco and around the Bay Area. His current residency is at Melt Ultra Lounge in Palo Alto every second Thursday of the month. Kid Loose has just released his first mix compilation “I’m a Looser” which is available now through iTunes, ultrarecords.com, beatport.com and other online music distributors. He is also an On-Air Personality for Energy 92.7FM and hosts Cardio Radio 2.0 every weekday at noon as well as holding down the Saturday afternoon show from 11AM to 4PM.

DJ Icon has become a permanent fixture in the U.S. dance music industry. With a career spanning more than a decade, she has captivated audiences the world over with her energetic performances, magnetic stage presence, and massive dancefloor-moving blend of Nu-School Breaks, Tech Funk and Electro House; and has become recognized as one of the leading ladies of Breakbeat. She is ranked in Shejay’s “Top 100 Female DJs” and was recently voted as one of San Francisco’s top ten DJs in the 2008 Nitevibe “Top 10 DJ Dreamteam” Poll.

Miss LizaRose is an aerial artist from Seattle, WA.  She is a master in the trapeze and “tissue” (pictured here) which she will be performing for us on Valentine’s Day.  We are lucky to have such an accomplished acrobat as part of our entertainment team! Not only is she an amazing aerialist but she’s also a SuicideGirl model and will available to take pictures with party-goers along with the rest of the SG models in attendance.  We will have a special “photo booth” set up for you to pose with your friends or with the models at certain points during the night.

About the Venue: Supperclub – 657 Harrison Street, San Francisco
Anything can happen here – Don’t come to Supperclub if you’re in search of a traditional restaurant, have lazy taste buds or are scared of new experiences.  However, if you’re looking for an unusual dinner experience in an unexpected place and are not afraid to discover the creative corners of your personality, then knock on Supperclub’s door.

It all started 17 years ago with Supperclub Amsterdan, once the brainchild of a group of artists, libertines and other creative souls.  Summer 2005, Supperclub goes America!  A debut in the U.S.A. in the most liberated and creative city of the States.  Supperclub San Francisco opened its doors on Harrison Street with a party that set the norm for the ‘frisco’ future partyscene.  With a fifth Supperclub being opened in Singapore, this phenomenon is setting the standard for hip restaurants and nightclubs the world over!

About SuicideGirls:

With a vibrant, sex positive community of women (and men), SuicideGirls was founded on the belief that creativity, personality and intelligence are not incompatible with sexy, compelling entertainment, and millions of people agree. The site mixes the smarts, enthusiasm and DIY attitude of the best music and alternative culture sites with an unapologetic, grassroots approach to sexuality.

In the same way Playboy Magazine became a beacon and guide to the swinging bachelor of the 1960s, SuicideGirls is at the forefront of a generation of young women and men whose ideals about sexuality do not conform with what mainstream media is reporting.

Although started as a two person operation out of a loft in downtown Portland, OR in 2001, in five short years SuicideGirls has grown its audience to over 5 million unique visitors a month. With hundreds of thousands of subscribers, over a thousand models, a successful book and DVD in stores and a new clothing line, there’s no telling what SG will next come up with to separate fans from their hard earned money.
